Assess glass tempering machines and suppliers using the exact substrate, fabrication route, representative trials and finished appliance-panel evidence.

Choose and validate optical glass thickness gauges for appliance panels, including interface detection, printed zones, calibration and invalid readings.

Investigate control glass cracks, haze and distortion while separating substrate damage from printing, bonding, display and touch-module problems.

Control glass drawing and artwork revisions alongside touch sensors, displays and light masks, with clear stock disposition and first-article checks.

Build a control glass incoming inspection agreement covering lot identity, defect classes, AQL sampling, repeatable checks and rejected-lot handling.

Inspect control glass masks, display windows and illuminated icons under defined lighting, with zone-based defect criteria and reference samples.

Define control glass flatness with agreed supports, measurement regions and uncertainty, then verify bezel fit and adhesive gaps in the module.

Plan thermal shock tests for appliance control glass using measured temperatures, representative mounting and agreed integrity and function checks.

Specify appliance control glass corner radii with clear datums, edge finishes, housing clearance and repeatable first-article inspection.
